Saturday December 11 consist
in two sessions:
1 ª - from 10:00 to 13:00 aimed at all practitioners, particularly levels of initiation. Hoc Working hips.
2 nd - 17:00 to 19:30 aimed at levels II and III. It reversed and asanas work backwards.
Directed by Cristina Rueda, qualified and certified by the British Association of Iyengar Yoga.
Registration deadline until December 9.
